We are driven by a mission to provide exceptional specialized services to all children in need wherever we go. Our vision brings together multiple disciplines that address every child as a whole, while providing a supportive and enriching environment for our therapy teams. Omni attracts and recruits dedicated, passionate and talented practitioners to work together across disciplines to care for each child that we serve.
This progressive approach involves our school-based Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, Social Workers and Psychologists.
Together with child, parent, and teacher consultations, Omni’s dynamic teams collaborate to design tailored treatment programs that help children learn, succeed and thrive.
Omni Therapeutics is proud to be connected with public and private schools across the Chicagoland suburbs. Our direct, group, and consultative school-based therapy services benefit from the long-term partnerships between school districts and Omni’s multidisciplinary treatment teams – improving efficiency, stability and consistency for everyone.

Leadership Team
Gail Ammon Lotak, OTR
Founder & Owner, Advisory Director of Therapy Services
Gail is a registered/licensed Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience.
Gail launched Pediatric Therapy Services in 1982, and incorporated the business as Omni Therapeutics, Inc. in 1989. She has been the Visionary, Owner and President of Omni for the duration of the company’s history. Additionally, between 1988 and 1994, Gail was the Co-owner and President of Kids Can Do, Inc. in Homewood, IL.
Today, Omni is a thriving and successful family business that employs exceptional, multidisciplinary therapists and serves over 20 school districts.
Gail has successfully maintained a professional, family-like atmosphere that is engaging, enriching and energized. Our devoted team of therapists, and the long-term relationships that we maintain with our school districts, are ongoing proof of Gail’s outstanding leadership and vision.
Jessica Lotak, MA
Executive Director, Director of Business & Finance
Jessica has been engaged in the Education, Health and Wellness industries for over fifteen years.
Prior to joining forces with her mother at Omni Therapeutics in 2013, Jessica was the Executive Director/Director of Business & Finance for an internationally renowned non-profit workshop and retreat center, focusing on holistic health and personal growth for children and adults. She has delighted in bringing strong business and finance practices to organizations that aim to serve the community and improve the lives of individuals and their families.
Jessica holds two Bachelor’s degrees and a Masters Degree; She has practiced a range of specialties from finance and business management to nutrition, food security, yoga, somatic movement, and dance.
As the daughter of an occupational therapist and business owner, Jessica comes equipped to take our practice into the next generation. She aims to grow Omni’s business into a holistic model of scientific healthcare, by bringing together disciplines that will address every child as a whole, while providing the most enriching environment for our therapy teams, enabling them to work together across disciplines to fully care for each child that we have the privilege of serving. She strives to address preventative care in the prenatal stage, early childhood care and education, and into k-12 intervention and treatment.
